MOUNT SEVENS TEAM
The Mount Maunganui Rugby Sevens Team is again being coached by Marty Bourke. Our sevens team has this season competed in various tournaments one including our own where they made it to the finals but unfortunatley got defeated by Ponsonby.
There have been good numbers at training and competition for final places in the team will be intense with a good mix of experience and youth on display. Trainings are at 5.30pm on Tuesday and Friday evenings.
The team would like to encourage all Club members and supporters to support it at the tournaments they are attending and look forward to seeing supporters at these tournaments.
Anyone interested in playing 7s or wanting to know what tournaments the team is playing in should contact Marty Bourke during the day at 07 572 7070 or 0275 429 906.
